It´s always nice to travel, even when its only for 200 km from your home. Last weekend i spent some days in hamburg and was fascinated how beautiful the city is. I was visiting some friends for a wedding and took the chance to make some drawings for my around the world project. Thanks to Sebastian and Steffi for giving us a place to stay, even they were not in hamburg!

Dear reader: september 15th one year ago i started the most incredible experience in my professional life. I took the decision, with my best friends help, to start this project called illustration around the world. Today  one year ago, i was in Kuala Lumpur arriving from Paris with the illusion, fear and spectation of that what we today know, but at that time for me was everything new. That´s why i have to say thank you for following this project and for the nice comments! Illustration around the world continues to grow up every day and i hope i can visit your city one day and we can say hi. 10000 thanks, Pablo

Queridos lectores: Estamos de cumpleaños. El 15 de septiembre, hace un año, comenzaba la andadura de esta aventura llamada illustration around the world. En el día de hoy 17/9 ya estaba en Kuala lumpur con todas la expectativas,  miedos e ilusiones que me espereban para los próximos 6 meses en el continente asiático. Hoy sabemos que todo salió muy bien pero en ese momento para mí era todo nuevo e incierto. Muchas gracias por acompañarme en este viaje y por los lindos comentarios. Hello Monday, i´m so happy to announce the exhibition in Berlin is now open! you can see drawings, photos and prints from my illustration around the world trip to Asia. The exhibition is open till september 29th at THE EARLY BIRD HYPE, Rosa-Luxemburg-Str. 15 10178 Berlin. on my last day in Manila, one of the guys from the office next to plus63 paint himself a tatoo of Pablo on the moon! Great fan art! thank you, my days in Katipunan road were really fun.

i think i’ve found Olla Boku’s work on facebook, i don’t remember, but i loved it for the first time i saw it! on my first day in shanghai, mike introduces me to Meritxell, fashion woman from Catalonia working for Zara in shanghai! she showed me her sketches and i liked them so i asked her to make a version of the Traveller, so here we go! thanks meritxell,
